12 years of experience architecting and executing product activation, sales enablement, and GTM strategies for multi-billion dollar product portfolios. 5+ years of management experience including hiring, coaching and assessing performance. Proven expertise in managing and developing high-performing, cross-functional teams (50+ FTEs), influencing execs (directors and VPs), and driving revenue growth & product adoption.

Felipe is currently the Global Head of Retail Commerce Product Solutions at Google, where he leads a team of product leads focusing on developing global product strategy (AMER, APAC and EMEA), operations and go-to-market for Merchant platforms (Google Merchant Center and others), Consumer shopping experiences (Google Shopping, AI overviews, AI mode and more) and Insights (Merchandising insights, profitability and more).

Previously led Google’s Commerce Media products, flagship products such as Performance Max (Google’s core AI based product for advertising), Google Shopping, Search Ads 360, Shoppable Youtube and more. Felipe also worked at Yahoo!, Disney and had multiple entrepreneurial experiences, including acting as a CMO in a startup. Mentoring startups at Stanford & Google for Startups.
